President of Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote is offering automatic employment to any student that graduates with a first class degree from Kano University of Science and Technology, Wudil.
Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Ibrahim Garba, said in statement that seven students of the university graduated with first class in the last academic year.
He said Dangote has donated N100 million to the university, while at the same time helping to launch an appeal fund to give the school a facelift.
He said Dangote's intervention also includes the provision of electricity in the school, construction of a 1,000-bed space hostel and the establishment of the Dangote Skill Acquisition Centre, among others.
"The N100 million donation to the school is meant to support the effort of President Goodluck Jonathan and the state government in the development of education in the country. Last year the conglomerate spent about a billion naira in the rehabilitation of some of our universities across the country," Yusuf said.
