DIGICEL will be reimbursing BlackBerry users on its network whose services were interrupted during last week's massive outage of the smartphone device.
"Following on from Research in Motion's (RIM's) unprecedented announcement that BlackBerry customers will be able to avail of up to US$100 worth of premium BlackBerry apps in the coming weeks, Digicel is pleased to announce that it will also reimburse those customers affected during last week's outage," the telecommunication provider announced in a press release yesterday.
In Nigeria, our money draining Glo, MTN, Airtel and Etisalat have said absolutely nothing about compensating costumers whom have paid for days of blackberry services that they couldn't access or use... and even our government have said nothing!!!
