I totally supprt, I have been adviced to take a lot of nuts and veggies by my doctor, it helps a lot in reproductive health and boosting the sperm production.

ReplyDeleteGarlic is good. I like to take it raw cos I feel that way it's very effective but the taste won't just let me. I started taking Garlic capsules but stopped because I didn't feel like when I took the raw ones. If only one can ahew and swallow raw garlic without that smell.
