Following a high wave of ocean surge and wave that swept through the state's waterfront on Saturday.
General Manager of the State Emergency Management Agency(LASEMA), Dr. Femi Oke-Osanyintolu who revealed this to newsmen, said the bodies thus brings the number of deaths recorded to four just as he added that there was still a frantic search for 12 persons out of the 15 who were declared missing after the tide.
Oke-Osanyintolu said the victims were petty traders at the waterfront who reside in the make shift houses located within the Kuramo area revealing that their bodies have been deposited at the Isolo General Hospital Morgue.
He said the bodies recovered were two males and one female, whom he gave her name as Bisi. In a bid to also forestall further spread of water in the eventuality of another tide, the State Government has placed a temporary stand to prevent the surge from spreading to other areas while shanties occupied by residents who found home along the waterfront have been demolished.
