The medical doctors who under the umbrella of the Medical Guild made their grievances known said that the Lagos state government had failed to honour the agreement reached with doctors in the state.
Addressing a press conference in Lagos on Friday, Chairman of the Medical Guild, Olumuyiwa Odusote said that the strike was to make the government implement the new salary structure the downward review of excessive taxation, which the government imposed on the doctors.
Strike commences from Wednesday, April 11 to 13. Please take note, move your emergencies elsewhere within this period so as to reduce the effect of time wasting in any case of emergency. MLB!
